Morality & Patriotism
The 13th of April 2010 shall be long remembered for mud slinging.
The BJP as a political party has lost its sting after the exit of Atal Behari Vajpayee.Indeed Atal ji is a political statesman whom BJP is missing very badly.In the absence of Atal ji,BJP is like a rudderless ship.My congratulation to Mr Nitin Gadkari for becoming the President of BJP.At the same time,I am sure Mr Nitin Gadkari knows that he has to deal with the unruly leaders of BJP who rush to media for being in political limelight at the drop of the hat.My best wishes to Mr Nitin Gadkari because I strongly feel that Mr Nitin Gadkari is a good human being.
Another problem with BJP as a political party is that "BJP considers itself to be the sole owner of patriotism and morality".BJP thinks that those who are not associated with BJP and those who do not subscribe to their point of view are not "Patriotic and are not morally upright".This is a fallacious logic which BJP must get rid of.I was very touched by the statement of Mr Nitin Gadkari in one of his interview to a TV channel that he had seen the cinema'Anand' eleven times.I hope Mr Nitin Gadkari would take adequate steps to get rid of cancerous mindset of political leaders of BJP at the earliest.Otherwise,the political demise of BJP as a political party is not ruled out.
Mr Nitin Gadkari has rightly daignosed the problems prevailing in BJP.I hope Mr Gadkari would take the remedial steps at the earliest.
Today the breaking news on TV channel has been the IPL controversy surrounding"Mr Lalit Modi,Mr Shashi Tharoor and Miss Sunanda Pushkar,"relating to Kochi IPL team.
BJP spokesman,Mr Ravi Shankar,was quick to question about Shashi Tharoor's involvement in the Kochi IPL team's ownership controversy.
This shows how bankrupt BJP has become.
Can I ask BJP to throw some light on"Mr Pramod Mahajan & Mr Praveen Mahajan episode".
Come on,lets grow up and behave in a more mature fashion.BJP should stop crying like a spoilt child with weird notions.
I hope BJP doesn't stoop to the level of attacking Mr Shashi Tharoor's personal life by questioning his personal relationship with Miss Sunanda Pushkar.
In today's modern times,the love story of 'Mr Sarkozy & Carla Brunei" did not prevent Mr Sarkozy from being elected as the President of France.
Therefore, how can BJP question the love story of "Mr Shashi Tharoor ".Let us be gracious enough to wish lots of happiness to Mr Shashi Tharoor for his fairytale.
I hope good sense would prevail.And please,no mud slinging.
