Sexual Harassment & Sexual abuse & Crime against Women.

Sexual Harassment and Sexual abuse of working women is a serious problem which should be dealt with at the earliest.
In recent times, the acts of Crimes like Jessica Lal Murder case,Priyadarshini Matto rape & murder case,Aarushi Talwar murder case,Shivani Bhatnagar murder case , the most recent Dhaula Kuan rape case of a girl from Northeast,or the Ruchika Girotra murder case or Nitish Katara murder case reflect the inefficiency and the inability of the Delhi Police to act effectively.

The Crime against women as well as terrorism option needs to be handled effectively and efficiently.For this,Delhi Police must give up corruption at all levels.The evil of bribe has made Delhi Police inefficient and ineffective.
I strongly feel Delhi Police must do "Self - introspection to root out corrupt Police officers of Delhi Police".This would be the first step towards making "Delhi Police more effective and efficient".

The various provisions of Indian Penal Code like sections  294,354,509.375,and 376  would not be of help in bringing down the "Crime against women if Police officers continue to be dishonest & corrupt as it happened in the case of Shivani Bhatnagar murder case in which Ravi Kant Sharma option was the Criminal and Ruchika Girotra Molestation case in which the ex-DGP of Haryana was the Criminal.

Today,I was speaking in the office of Joint Commissioner of Police and I was told that Delhi Police would be holding a "Press Conference on the state of Crime in New-Delhi in 2010 on 5th of January 2011.I would like Delhi Police to express their opinion on Crimes committed by Police officers like Ravikant Sharma,Mr SPS Rathore,KPS Gill etc".

Yeah,I would like Delhi Police to be honest enough to admit the fact that there are Police Officers who are dishonest and Corrupt.

Let us hope that in the year 2011 "Honesty & truth shall triumph over Evil & dishonesty".
