The Two ugly faces of Terrorism option.
Yeah Mr Barrack Obama,the cancerous Pakistan option is getting on to the nerves of law-abiding citizens.

In today's recession hit global environment,terrorism option has to be dealt with stringent & concrete actions on war footing.

Love,Deceit,and Hatred
As I look back to the days of 1994 when I joined Dabur at New-Delhi as Management Trainee(Personnel) to the days When I joined Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai option in June 1997 as Deputy Manager(HR) and compare it to my present status as Corporate Human Resource Advisor & Trainer(In between I worked as Vice-President(HR) for a Corporate House) plus Visiting Faculty of Human Resource Management at various Management Institutes in
New-Delhi & ncr,I feel that I have consistently evolved in terms of my professional competence.On a personal level,I have also evolved into a better human-being despite the onslaught of deceit and hatredness.
Though I did my Postgraduation in Personnel Manangement(1992 - 1994 batch) from XISS,Ranchi,I received in 2006 recommendation letters from Indian Institute of Management(Lucknow) and XLRI(Jamshedpur) for my work in the area of Human Resource Audit for Recruitment,Performance Management System,Performance Appraisal & Reward System,and Training and Development.
In fact,my father felt pleasantly surprised by the respect accorded to me at XLRI(Jamshedpur).And it gave me immense emotional & professional satisfaction.
My first experience of'Deceit and professional hatredness'dates back to my working days in Mumbai option.Yeah,initially,attempts were made to run down my personal integrity as well as professional competence.When these powerful bastards did not succeed in that they tried to 'murder me".As a result, between 1996 to 2006,four attemts were made on my life.Three attempts were made in Mumbai option and one attempt on my life was made in New-Delhi in 2003 just before 'Holi Festival'.
I have identified the powerful bastards responsible for the 'attempts on my life'.And at appropriate time,I will respond because I do not believe in the philosophy of 'forgive and forget'.I will be ruthless but legal in my revenge.
And yeah,those bastards responsible for messing with my life between'the year 1998 to 2010'will also be not spared by me.
Be prepared,Anupam Sinha will take legal revenge.And if by any chance anyone of these powerful bastards dive into their grave,I promise to dig them out of thir grave to 'settle the scores'.That is a promise,I swear,I will honour at all cost.
Remember,you powerful bastards,if your lives are valuable than so is my life.If your personal dreams and professional dreams are valuable than so is my personal dreams and professional dreams.
So friends,in Mumbai option I had my first tryst with ruthless professional hatredness.

The dangerous lust for Power - Omnipotent.
All human being consider themselves to be wise & intelligent.And also all human being want to be rich & powerful.I have yet to come across a person who condiders'himself or herself to be a duffer'.
This is human psychology.
Yeah! I do consider myself to be slightly less intelligent than duffers.God,please give more "Brain" in my next birth as human-being.Right God!
Coming back to the main issue of 'Power Game',I would like to state that 'human psychology'induces all people,irrespective of their educational credentials,to aspire to be "Rich & Powerful".
Am I right Mr Lalit Modi option.Mr Lalit Modi option 'don't you want to be Rich & Powerful.Yeah,Mr Lalit Modi option even'a beggar on the road wants to be 'Rich & Powerful".
The attributes of "Rich & Powerful" makes an individual feel endowed with 'God like Power' with which the individual can 'manipulate or demolish the life and destiny of harmless law-abiding citizens of India as well as global citizens'.

Zindabad Zindagi
Yesterday in the evening as I was returning home from office,I got stuck in a terrible traffic jam compounded by sudden rain.As the traffic jam became too terrible & complicated,I began too ponder over the lack of traffic sense & driving sense of men and women on the road.
And in a low voice I told myself"Good God!give them the traffic sense to be a little more patient & disciplined on road".
I hope,sooner or later,these spoilt drivers on the wheel understand the wisdom of being a little more disciplined on road.
A disciplined traffic sense would considerably reduce traffic jam as well as 'Accidents on the road'.
Moreover,I feel Joint Commissioner of Police(Traffic) together with Commissioner of Police,Delhi Police, should develop a comprehensive strategy to install CCTV cameras at important traffic light intersections to punish unruly men & women on the wheel.Delhi Police should pull up their socks before the'Commonwealth Games'.
As I was sitting at the backseat of the car,I looked through the raised window glasses of my car,I saw people of all shapes & sizes returning eagerly to be with their near & dear ones waiting impatiently for them at their respective abode.Despite getting drenched in rain,there was a sense of satisfaction & happiness in their 'body language'.My good wishes to them.
And then my thoughts came back to me.And I asked myself!
"Whom am I returning back to!".The answer was empty house.
"Who is waiting for me at home!".The answer was nobody because I am a bachelor as I am unmarried.
To divert from this disturbing thought,I took out a pen & a paper to scribble my poetic thoughts.
And I wrote:-
Sometimes I feel life is a mystery,
Sometimes I feel life is a history,
Sometimes I feel life is a love story,
Somtimes I feel life is a sob story,
Sometimes I feel life is a story of divine love,
Sometimes I feel life is a story of selfish flesh love,
Sometimes I feel life is full of happiness,
Sometimes I feel life is full of sadness.
But then my feelings & thoughts on life are my own feelings,
And these turbulent feelings & thoughts are dear to me,

And in a low voice I told myself"Good God!give them the traffic sense to be a little more patient & disciplined on road".
I hope,sooner or later,these spoilt drivers on the wheel understand the wisdom of being a little more disciplined on road.
A disciplined traffic sense would considerably reduce traffic jam as well as 'Accidents on the road'.
Moreover,I feel Joint Commissioner of Police(Traffic) together with Commissioner of Police,Delhi Police, should develop a comprehensive strategy to install CCTV cameras at important traffic light intersections to punish unruly men & women on the wheel.Delhi Police should pull up their socks before the'Commonwealth Games'.
As I was sitting at the backseat of the car,I looked through the raised window glasses of my car,I saw people of all shapes & sizes returning eagerly to be with their near & dear ones waiting impatiently for them at their respective abode.Despite getting drenched in rain,there was a sense of satisfaction & happiness in their 'body language'.My good wishes to them.
And then my thoughts came back to me.And I asked myself!
"Whom am I returning back to!".The answer was empty house.
"Who is waiting for me at home!".The answer was nobody because I am a bachelor as I am unmarried.
To divert from this disturbing thought,I took out a pen & a paper to scribble my poetic thoughts.
And I wrote:-
Sometimes I feel life is a mystery,
Sometimes I feel life is a history,
Sometimes I feel life is a love story,
Somtimes I feel life is a sob story,
Sometimes I feel life is a story of divine love,
Sometimes I feel life is a story of selfish flesh love,
Sometimes I feel life is full of happiness,
Sometimes I feel life is full of sadness.
But then my feelings & thoughts on life are my own feelings,
And these turbulent feelings & thoughts are dear to me,

Rich Beggars and Poor Beggars.
Today in the morning I was watching ET news channel and one of the brute of an idiot anchor used the term"begggar" to say that'beggars cannot afford to enter share market'.
Absolutely right Mr Anchor.
According to me only 'rich beggars can afford to enter share market' because these rich beggars like Ketan Mehta or late Harshad Mehta are well versed in the 'art of cheating and fraud'.Right Mr Ashu Malhotra(ET news channel).
According to me "begging"is an evil.And sooner the government of India initiates measures to deal with the evil of begging,the better it would be.
The next question which comes to my mind after determining the fact that'begging is evil in nature' is that'who is a greater evil for the society - Rich beggars or Poor beggars.
Examples of rich beggars could be frauds like Ketan Mehta,Harshad Mehta,Lalit Modi option of IPL fraud fame,Rama Linga Raju of Satyam fraud fame and many more of his tribe.These rich beggars fraudulently beg because they want to enjoy 'the luxuries of Honda Accord and Five Star hotel and a vacation to Switzerland.I am sure Harshad Mehta or Ketan Mehta must have enjoyed these luxuries.
And one more thing,Rich beggars generally go to jail for big time frauds.Examples could be Harshad Mehta or Ketan Mehta.
On the other hand,Poor beggars sometime go to jail because of petty crime.
And examples Poor beggars could be road side beggars begging for their 'Rotis'.
I leave it to the imagination of the 'global law abiding citizen to decide whether rich beggars or poor beggars are greater evil for an healthy & vibrant society.
And yes Mr Ashu Malhotra,'hedging' is a form of share market fraud.

Today,I would like to delve in intricate detail the under belly of Corporate Jungle,Share Market,and Sex Market.Another point,I would like to make here is that once upon a time "India used to be a agriculture driven economy.However,since 1998 India became Cinema driven economy because of BJP's and Mr Lal Krishna Advani option's fondness for hindi cinema.That is why you find the likes of Tulsi Irani,oh! sorry,Smriti Irani in BJP.Good times for Tulsi Irani!Make hay Tulsi while the sun of ekta kapoor shines in your backyard!".
Let us talk about 'Share market and Sex market'.Once somebody asked me
"Mr Sinha,do you see any similarity between share market and sex market'.And my reply was that the share market experts and Economic Times news channel and CNBC TV 18 can more appropriately answer the similarity between"Share Market and Sex Market".

How can I forget my experience in this Corporate Jungle!
After completing my 'Postgraduation in Personnel Management(1992-1994 batch)
from 'XISS,Ranchi",I joined Dabur in 1994 as'Management Trainee{Personnel).In 1995,I became 'Assistant Manager(HR) at Dabur'.
In 1996,I went to Mumbai option and I joined'Neo Pharma as Deputy Manager(HR).Mr Priya Darshan Deshmukh of 'Decon Management Services'had placed me there.Here,I was interviewed by Mr Aziz Ismail Patel(GM-HR).Subsequently,my selection was approved by the Chairman,Mr Rajesh Gulecha.
Here,Mr Aziz Ismail Patel tried to implicate me for his wrong doing.And when I expressed my displeasure,Mr Aziz Ismail Patel tried to get me killed.Mr Patel,I have legal evidences with me.
This was my first experience of how insidious Corporate Jungle can be.Here,I experienced how 'Mr Aziz Ismail Patel tried to implicate innocent people into false cases through the connivance of lawyers and Mumbai Police option".

Thereafter,I joined "Modern Group Textile" in Mumbai option.I had a senior colleague called'Mr Deepak Patankar and Mr Ganpathy'.Mr Deepak Patankar,you were unfair with me because you always obstructed my 'rightful professional rights & claim at Modern Group Textile'.Right,Mr Deepak Patankar.Mr Deepak Patankar,you may be having your version of the fall out.But,I have collected enough of legal evidence against you.The fact that you obtructed the withdrawal of my'Provident fund money' is a huge legal evidence along with a few other legal evidences whic are enough to pin you down in the "Court of law for professional harassment".

Is Bandh appropriate in times of 'Economic Meltdown
My first reaction was"Oh God!another bandh.And I thought,what do they get out of paralysing normal life and by bringing economic activity to a stand still.And I told myself,another day of violence,disruption and mayhem.89 flights were cancelled.God knows,how many trains were cancelled.And in Mumbai option alone,there was a whopping loss of 300 crore because of the paralysed economic activity due to BJP sponsored Bandh".
This is 'Incredible India'. Somebody told me, in "Mumbai option itself,there was a whopping financial loss of 300 crores. Keep it up BJP and enjoy your companionship with communist parties..
