20th August is my Birthday.

Yeah friends, 2oth August is my birthday.My father & mother gave birth to me on 20th August.
Today,I called up Additional Commissioner of Police(Crime) as well as Director Prison(Tihar Jail) for an appointment option to discuss about high profile criminal options & fraud options lodged in Tihar jail for my book on "Crime & Criminal Options".
I hope that I am given appointment option by them on any day in the near future at 4 PM in the evening.
I have also sought appointment option with CBI director to discuss a few critical issues which has come to my attention(About those issues,I have mentioned significant details in my earlier blogs).
I started writing my book on "Crime & Criminal option" way back in 2007.At that point of time,I was in touch Mr UK Katna(Special Commissioner Intelligence,Delhi Police) for my book on"Crime & Criminal option".
Mr Katna was investigating the high profile Shivani Bhatnagar Murder case,Jessica Lal Murder case,Miss Mattoo's murder case and Nitish Katara murder case.
I was in touch with Mr Katna through email as well as through my cell phone number 9871806386.
On Jan 26,2007,I got a telephone call from NDTV on my cell phone number 9871806386 that they wanted to invite me for their program"We the People".And for this,they wanted me to come to'Lakshmi Studio,Sector 16 A,Noida".
In the begining,I refused the invitation of NDTV because I felt that I am too insignificant person to be invited by them for their program"We the people".
However,the NDTV people must have called me 100 times atleast(Please check my call details of the delhi number 9871806386) to make me accept their invitation.At last,I accepted their invitation and requested the NDTV people to send a formal email invitation on my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
On 26th Jan,2007,at 6.30pm(in the evening) as I tried to open my email id,I realized that my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in had been hacked.
If you recollect,you would remember that 26th of Jan,2007,was a friday.And therefore,26th of Jan,2007,being a'Republic Day of India was a holiday'.I could not have filed a FIR for the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in on 26th of Jan,2007.
As a last resort,I called up Mr UK Katna for advise.Mr Katna was considerate enough to give me the cell phone number of Mr S D Mishra(who was ACP,Cyber Crime Cell,at that point of time).
Subsequently,I spoke to Mr SD Mishra on his cell phone number 9868119898 and informed him that my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in had been hacked at 6.30pm on 26th of Jan,2007.
Mr S D Mishra politely asked to come to his office on 29th of Jan,2007,to file an FIR for the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
On 29th of Jan,2007,at 12.30pm I filed a FIR for the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in on 26th of Jan,2007.
Mr SD Mishra promised to act upon my FIR.On 6th of Feb,2007,Mr SD Mishra called me on my cell phone number 9871806386 and told me that because of 'loopholes in the cyber laws,'he would not be in a position to initiate action against the hacker of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
On 14th of Feb,2007,I filed an FIR with CBI attaching the photostat copy of the FIR filed by me in the office of Cyber Crime Cell(Delhi Police) on 29th of Jan,2007.
Subsequently,I met Joint Director CBI,Mr Rajani Kant Mishra,on 22nd of Feb,2007 at CBI headquarter.
Mr Rajani Kant Mishra asked Mr BalaKrishnan to investigate the criminal angle of the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
Subsequently,I received a letter from Mr Rakesh Agarwal,Supritendent of Police(CBI/EOU-IX/New-Delhi) on 11.04.2007 that I should once again 'request the ACP,Cyber Crime cell,to investigate the matter.
Again I want back to Cyber Crime Cell,Delhi Police,but no action was taken to resolve my problem related to the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
Yeah friends,this has been my experience.
