Sexual Harassment and Sexual abuse of working women is a serious problem which should be dealt with at the earliest.
In recent times, the acts of Crimes like Jessica Lal Murder case,Priyadarshini Matto rape & murder case,Aarushi Talwar murder case,Shivani Bhatnagar murder case , the most recent Dhaula Kuan rape case of a girl from Northeast,or the Ruchika Girotra murder case or Nitish Katara murder case reflect the inefficiency and the inability of the Delhi Police to act effectively.

The Crime against women as well as terrorism option needs to be handled effectively and efficiently.For this,Delhi Police must give up corruption at all levels.The evil of bribe has made Delhi Police inefficient and ineffective.
I strongly feel Delhi Police must do "Self - introspection to root out corrupt Police officers of Delhi Police".This would be the first step towards making "Delhi Police more effective and efficient".

The various provisions of Indian Penal Code like sections  294,354,509.375,and 376  would not be of help in bringing down the "Crime against women if Police officers continue to be dishonest & corrupt as it happened in the case of Shivani Bhatnagar murder case in which Ravi Kant Sharma option was the Criminal and Ruchika Girotra Molestation case in which the ex-DGP of Haryana was the Criminal.

Today,I was speaking in the office of Joint Commissioner of Police and I was told that Delhi Police would be holding a "Press Conference on the state of Crime in New-Delhi in 2010 on 5th of January 2011.I would like Delhi Police to express their opinion on Crimes committed by Police officers like Ravikant Sharma,Mr SPS Rathore,KPS Gill etc".

Yeah,I would like Delhi Police to be honest enough to admit the fact that there are Police Officers who are dishonest and Corrupt.

Let us hope that in the year 2011 "Honesty & truth shall triumph over Evil & dishonesty".

Since 1962 Indo - China war,the Republic of China has not done much to create a feeling of trust and confidence among "we Indians".

Time to take tough Decisions & Actions.

The Prime Minister of India,Dr Manmohan Singh,Sonia Aunty and the extremely honest Union Home Minister,Mr P Chidambaram have to take tough decisions and extremely tough action in order to remove the stigma "that the UPA government is inefficient and corrupt".

The raid conducted by CBI Neera Radia,Mr Pradip Baijal,and A Raja option should prove productive for further investigation on 2G Scam.Mr Kapil Sibal has correctly ordered " an investigation into the 2G Scam".

At the Global level,the sudden demise of Mr Richard Holdbrooke is sad.China must understand that it should immediately stop helping the terrorist Pakistan option and the irresponsible & audacious North Korea.

At the Global level,the belligerent North Korea's audacious attack of South Korea,the severe economic meltdown in the whole of Europe including Hungary & Ireland,inconclusive summit at Cancun,arrest of Mr Julian Assange for rape charges and daring disclosures of wikileaks,and the poor state of Japanese economy are a matter of grave conern.

Let us resolve to make "our Sky safe". And for making 'our Sky safe,'we need to introduce very stringent and tough security measures at our airports,Railway stations and Roadways,Seaports & Docks.

In fact,I strongly believe and recommend that CCTV should be used extensively at 'Airports for airport securities,at Seaports for seaport securities,at Railway stations and Roadways.

The Government of all countries should jointly proclaim 'ZERO tolerance for terrorism option'.

It is sad that Law - abiding global citizens have been repeatedly becoming victims of terrorism option.

Let us ensure that 9/11 and 26/11 is not repeated in any other part of the globe.

In recent times the USA has been sensible enough to tighten its security at their Airports to make their "Sky extremely safe".

Of late Germany has been  suspecting terrorism threats from Pakistani terrorist option.And rightly enough Germany has tightened its Security around Airports,Railway Stations and Roadways.

The breeding ground for global terrorism option has been 'Pakistan option and the region between Pakistan option & Afghanistan option'.

Mr Obama,the President of USA,should make decisive about the future of Pakistan option in the same fashion as Junior Bush took decision about the Iraq option because the Cancerous Pakistan option is increasingly becoming a terrorist threat to Global Peace.

The detention & arrest of 1994 batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer,who was posted as Director in the Union Ministry of Home Affair,at 6.30pm on 22.11.2010 for disclosing confidential & sensitive information relating to Telecom Ministry is a disgusting example of terrorism option taking the form of collusion between bureaucracy and Corporates promoting Crony Capitalism for their obvious vested interest.

If the government of India wants to control Inflation then the only option before the Government of India is to control Crime option & Corruption option.

And to control crime option efficiently,the Government of India should control Corruption option effectively.And this must start with the cleaning up of 'the Commonwealth Games loot and 2G Spectrum fraud immediately in an extremely serious manner'.

If the Global economy has to get out of recession,it is extremely imperative that terrorism option,corruption option and crime option should be demolished at the earliest.

Please remember,if the Global economy has to become prosperous,the Global economy has to be liberated from Terrorism option,Corruption option and Crime option.

After the Bellary Mining Scam,the Karnataka government headed by Mr Yeddyurappa has got involved in the Land Scam.

The Lokayukta probe into Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board(KIADB) Land Scam took a sensational turn when Katta Jagadish Naidu,son of the Karnataka IT minister got arrested while trying to bribe a witness in the case.

The available documents also reveal that Mr Yeddyurappa broke all rules to ensure allotment of lands to his two sons and his other family members.

In fact,the documents in the public domain reveal that his two sons,Mr Raghavendra and Vijayendra got huge favours after their father Mr Yeddyurappa became the Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka in 2006. 

And Mr Advani option,if you go by the market rate,Mr Yeddyurappa option's sons are sitting on land scam deals worth Rs 500 Crores.

Mr Yeddyurappa's sons have also benefitted from unfair land deals in their home state of Shimoga.

Mr Advani,it is sad that "An Honest & Upright Dr Manmohan Singh has been questioned By Supreme Court for the delay in the action against the telecom Scam of Mr Raja but Mr Advani it is equally sad that despite the involvement of Mr Yeddyurappa in the Land Scam in Karnataka,Mr Yeddyurappa is not resigning.Why Mr Advani.
Mr Advani what is the difference between the fraud committed by Mr Ashok Chavan and Mr Yeddyurappa.
And Mr Advani the same yardstick should be applied to Mr Yeddyurappa as it has been applied to Mr Ashok Chavav for his involvement in the Adarsh Scam and Mr Raja for his involvement in the "Telecom Scam".

Mr Advani,I feel the Prime Minister of India should cancel all the 85 telecom licenses and a fresh bid shold be conducted.And if Mr Raja is guilty as expressed by Mr Arun Shourie then Mr Raja should be punished.

Scams in India since Independence.

As an inquisitive toddler,I would frequently ask my father and Mother - "Why do people lie?.Why do people commit crimes like theft,robbery,molestation,pickpocketing,rape.sexual abuse,murder etc.

And my father and mother would say,"Anupam,please don't irritate us.We do not know the reasons which impel people to commit such crimes".

As I grew up,I realized that apart from men & women on road,people in Police Uniform also commit crime.Examples are Mr Ravi Kant Sharma of Shivani Bhatnagar Murder case option and Mr Rathore of Ruchika Girhotra molestation case.Apart from these crimes, people in Police uniform have been responsible for numerous rape & molestation related crimes,especially in Mumbai option & Uttar Pradesh option.

Talking specifically about scams,I think the major scams which have haunted 'Mother India' since Independence are as follows:-

(1) Mundhra Scandal --- This scandal involved the then Finance Minister,Mr TT Krishnamachari,who pressurized the Government owned 'LIC of India' into bailing out Mr Haridas Mundhra,a Calcutta based Industrialist by buying shares worth Rs1.24 Crores in six companies owned by him.

(2) Fodder Scam of nearly 950 crores which was detected in 1996.

(3) Bofors Scandal.

(4) Security Scam of 1992 involving Mr Harshad Mehta.

(5) Lakhibhai Pathak cheating scandal.

(6) Hawala Scandal

(7) Lavalin Scandal involving Kerela Electricity Board.

(8) Ketan Parekh Scandal.

(9) Barak Missile Scandal.

(10) Tehelka Expose carried out through a sting operation in which it was alleged that kickbacks were paid in 15 defence deals.

(11) Telgi Fake Stamp scam.

(12) Food for oil programme scam involving Natwar Singh.

(13) Mid day Meal Scam of 2005 exposed in January 2006.

An analysis of the Scams committed since 1992 reveal that these scams involved huge money.Let us evaluate in monetary terms the magnitude of these Scams.

(z-4) 2009 -- Madhu Koda scam was worth Rs 4000 crores.
(z-5) 2010 - IPL fraud involving swine called Lalit Modi option was worth______?_________.
(z - 6) 2010 -- Commonwealth Games loot is worth _______?_________.

The total monetary worth of the Scam committed since 1992 in India is worth more than Rs 73 lakhs crores.

Today, friends I have got the answers to my questions which I used to ask my 'father and mother' as an inquisitive toddle.
If analyze these scam using your commomsense,you would come to the conclusion that the real thieves robbing our Country are essentially "Polticians,industrialists and stock broking dalals of dalal street".

The defiant Mr Raja points finger at Mr Pramod Mahjan & Arun Shourie

I must admit that I have begun to admire 'our RAJA from Chennai' for his outright rejection of strident opposition attack on him for 2G allocation(for the favour shown to the TATA).

The defiant "RAJA's" defiance is so impressive that even Mr Karunanidhi has decided to back his 'RAJA from Chennai' to the hilt.

The RAJA from Chennai says that he has not done anything wrong and that he has simply followed the "Telecom Policy" initiated during the BJP or NDA regime in 1999  by 'Mr Pramod Mahajan and Mr Arun Shourie'.

Here,I would like to remind the BJP that as in the case of 'IPL fraud,Common wealth games loot, and Adarsh housing society corruption,BJP'S dirty hand may be detected in the 2G Spectrum fraud".Because with Mr Pramod Mahajan as telecom Minister at that point of time in 1999 anything could have happened.

Therefore,I feel that the claims of our "Raja that he has simply followed the provisions of the "telecom policy set by Mr Pramod Mahajan & Arun Shourie should be investigated".Further it should also be investigated to find out 'whether Mr Pramod Mahajan & Arun Shouries formulated a fair telecom policy for the 2G Spectrum'.

Moreover,I agree with the honourable Union Home Minister,Mr P Chidambaram that any action against "our RAJA" should be taken after verification and discussion of the CAG report in the Parliament.

I strongly believe that after the PAC submits its report to the Parliament,the opposition should behave in a responsible and civilized manner to allow "a Structured discussion in the Parliament".

I would request Opposition not to 'indulge in acts of Childish opposition in the Parliament'.

And in the end,I would like to tell "Our RAJA from Chennai" - RAJA Tussi Great Ho.

Mr Rahul Gandhi - the responsible son of late Rajiv Gandhiji.

The spellbound success of Mr Rahul Gandhi in Uttar Pradesh and the realistic issues raised by Mr Rahul Gandhi in Bihar assembly election has impressed common law abiding indian nationals like me.Had Rajiv Gandh been alive,he would have been extremely proud of his son Mr Rahul Gandhi.
I think Nitish Kumar,the present Chief Minister of Bihar,gave a valid suggestion that Mr Rahul Gandhi should first become Chief Minister of a State like Delhi and then take on the responsibility of Prime Minister.

I agree with Mr Nitish Kumar.I hope Nitish Kumar gets elected again as the Chief Minister of Bihar for the sake of the people of Bihar and for the sake of the sustained good work in Bihar.

Crony Capitalism is the biggest enemy of Democratic India

Crony Capitalism is the biggest enemy of the democratic health of India because Crony capitalism is the biggest hurdle against "Inclusive growth which Dr Manmohan singh,the Prime Minister of India,and Sonia aunty are struggling to implement in Mother India".

In India,IPL is a typical example of Crony Capitalism.And the "FATHER of Crony Capitalism in India are Mr Mukesh Ambani option and his Chummy fraud friend called Lalit Modi option".

Crony Capitalism is a term which describes an allegedly Capitalist economy in which success in business depends on close relationships between businessmen and government officials.Crony Capitalism leads to favouritsm in the distribution of legal permits,government grants,special tax  breaks & benefits etc.

As a Corporate Human Resource Advisor & Trainer,I strongly believe that Crony Capitalism is believed to occur when Political Cronyism spills over into the business world.
Crony Capitalism is characterised by 'self-serving relationships and family ties between businessmen and government which influence the economy and the society to the extent that it corrupts public-serving economic and public ideals.
In its most primitive form 'Crony Capitalism can take the form of Collusion among global market economies of the world.
And please note,the option of Crony Capitalism is mostly associated with virulent government machinery interventions.

Please note,IMF officials have repeatedly warned and explained to global economies afflicted by Crony Capitalism that they are themselves to blame for the greed of Crony Capitalism.

Here,I would like to inform Mr Barrack Obama that"the Global economic meltdown has been the victim of Crony Capitalism".
To revive the US economy and the European economy,Mr Barrack Obama should make concerted effort to dismantle the 'infrastructure of Crony Capitalism.And simultaneously make concerted efforts to implement the concept of Inclusive Growth".

Is Selfish mindset an evil or a virtue.

Ayn Rand wrote a book called"The virtue of Selfishness".Therefore I would like the readers of my blog to express their opinion whether'selfishness is a virtue or an evil'.

Was Mukesh Ambani selfish when he tried to deny the legitimate claim of his younger brother,Mr Anil Ambani,to have an equal say in Dhirubhai Ambani's Corporate empire.Mr Kamat had to intervene to resolve the Corporate dispute between the two brothers.And in recent times,Mr Harish Salve did the required leg work to resolve the remanant dispute between the two brothers.

How sad and pathetic it is!

Was Mukesh Ambani selfish,when he tried to prevent Mr Anil Ambani from buying out the African telecom company at the behest of Mr Sunil Mittal.I leave it to the wisdom of the readers of my blog to decide on this fact.

According to me,Mr Mukesh Ambani option is not only selfish but also extremely mean person.

Is Pakistan option a selfish country.According to me,Like Mukesh,Pakistan is also a selfish & a mean country.
Pakistan has always tried to harm India.It is a known fact that Pakistan option is a hub for terrorism.Pakistan option has indulged in acts of terrorism since India and Pakistan got divided into two nations.
The most recent terrorist attack was the 26/11 in which patriotic people like Hemant Karkare lost their life.Right now Pakistan has given shelter to the "most wanted underworld don called Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar'.

Pakistan option has always tried to harm India.Moreover,be it match fixing in cricket or be it acts of terrorism option,Pakistan has repeatedly proclaimed its innocence despite sufficient & credible proof and evidences.
The obvious example is denial by Pakistan that the terrorist called Kasab caught by Maharashtra police after 26/11 bomb blast in Mumbai option in which the patriotic Hemant Karkare lost his life is not a citizen of Pakistan option.

On the other hand,India has always retained,maintained and has shown frequently 'a soft corner and a liberal attitude towards Pakistan option'.

India has always tried to help Pakistan option,whenever Pakistan option has been in need or in difficult situation.The most recent one being India's spontaneous help to give financial aid to flood ravaged Pakistan.

I hope like the selfish Mukesh Ambani option,the Pakistan option makes a spontaneous gesture to stop creating terror problems in Jammu & Kashmir because Jammu & Kashmir is an integral part of Mother India.
Mr Barrack Obama should understand the fact that the basic problem with Pakistan option is that Pakistan option cannot be trusted because Pakistan option has extremely low integrity.

The Twist & Turns of my tryst with destiny.

As I look back at the years gone by,a sense of anger envelops me for the wrong done to me in 1997.At that point of time I was working in Mumbai option for "Larsen & Toubro as Deputy Manager(Human Resource).

Not only somebody(I have identified these rascals) tried to ruin my professional career but also three attempts were made on my life.And one such attempt was made on my life right in front of the house(Pratiksha)of 'Amitabh Bachchan option in Juhu while I was waiting for my car'.

At that point of time 'Malvika (Tewari)Sanghvi was the Resident Editor of Bombay Times'.And Cyrus Merchant & Smita Deshmukh worked as correspondents for Bombay Times.

I told Cyrus Merchant about the attempt made on my life.And Cyrus Merchant advised me to move out of Mumbai option because Cyrus felt that 'there were certain powerful people who wanted not only to malign my reputation but also to kill me".

At that point of time,I told Cyrus that one day I will take legal revenge from these rascals.I have identified these rascals.And I promise that I will settle scores with them very soon.Some of these bastards have been punished by God(Eshwar)for their wrong deeds.

I exactly remember the pain,agony and torture which I have gone through since 1997 and the pain,agony and torture which my father and mother have gone through since 1997.

In fact,there was a sinister design by these bastards to murder my father and me.I have evidences with me to prove these facts.

These rascals also conspired to implicate me in certain wrong doings.Let me inform these rascals that'Anupam Sinha is very strong in legal terms.In fact,now I have enough evidences to implicate these rascals for their wrong doings.

These rascals tried very hard to prove that'I,Anupam Sinha,am dead'.And this conspiracy was hatched in Mumbai option.And in this my cousin,Mr Alok Sinha(Alok is the son of my mother's younger sister located in Chandigarh) was involved along with his father(Alok's father worked as forensic expert in Chandigarh).

Rajiv Pratap Rudy knows my cousin,Alok and his father.Rajiv Pratap Rudy also knows another cousin of mine, Mr Praveer Sinha.Praveer Sinha is presently working for 'Tata Power' in
New-Delhi.I am not in touch with Praveer for the last ten years.Through my father and mother,I came to know that 'Praveer sinha's mother expired on 5th of September,2010,in Kerela.Neither did Praveer inform me about this tragedy nor have I bothered to go to his house to express my condolence.
Praveer & Rudy were classmates at St Michael High School,Patna.And thereafter,both Praveer & Rajiv Pratap Rudy went to Chandigarh and studied at "DAV College".And at 'DAV college in Chandigarh, Mr Rajiv Pratap Rudy got involved in student politics and now Mr Rudy option is in BJP.

Over these extremely excruciating years since 1997,I have constantly evolved myself as a professional.As a result,I received recommendation letters from
"Indian Institute of Management(Lucknow) and XLRI(Jamshedpur)"for my work in the area of"Human Resource Audit for Recruitment,Performance Management System,and Training & Development in the year 2006".
Presently,I am working as "Corporate Human Resource Advisor & Trainer in New-Delhi".And I stay in a rented accomodation in GK-I,New-Delhi.

I am also associated with 'a number of Management Institutes in New-Delhi & ncr as visiting faculty of Human Resource Management.Some of these Management Institutes have put my photograph on their prospectus.

For me the life has been a 'strange Journey'.Since my toddler days, I have always tried to ask  questions from myself and from others "Why is it so. And why cannot it be so".

Our India has been growing in stature in the recent times because of the 'pragmatic approach to issues of domestic significance in a pluralistic society as well as issues of international importance.

In recent times,the Judiciary in India has become very active.And it is good for the 'Democratic health of mother India'.

The High Court ruling that "Vodaphone has to pay tax of two billion dollars for Hutch buy from Ruias is a significant judgement'.
Likewise,the 'Supreme Court judgement to distribute rotting foodgrains among the poor BPL families is another significant judgement'.

The flood ravaged China, Pakistan,and Japan are going through tough times.

Our neighbour Pakistan option continues to behave as "an irresponsible,mean,and selfish neighbour".The terrorism prone and the flood ravaged Pakistan has once again shown its'irresponsible, corrupt and greedy mindset by getting involved in "match fixing in Cricket".

Scotland Yard and Interpol should investigate thoroughly 'Neetu chandra,Dheeraj Dixit,and Veena Malik to find out the involvement of Pakistan option in match fixing in Cricket".

Scotland Yard & Interpol should also investigate "if there is even an iota of match fixing being done in IPL"

Pakistan option is a terrible Neighbour.

The cancerous Pakistan option is at it again.Pakistan option is like an erratic & spoilt brat which has become a terrible burden for the 'global village in which people of all caste,creed,and colour co-exist in a congenial global socio-economic environment'.

Be it terrorist attack of 9/11 in USA, or terrorist attack of 26/11 in India or the present episode of match fixing in England which is being investigated by"the Scotland Yard and Interpol,"it only confirms the fact that the mindset of Pakistan and Pakistani nationals are dangerous for the 'global law abiding citizen.

The revelation of Miss Veena Malik,the ex - girlfriend of one of the Pakistani crickter option needs to be thoroughly investigated by the Scotland Yard & Interpol.

The Interpol and the Scotland Yard should also investigate the possible involvement of the bookie of our own Mr Dheeraj Dixit.And also verify the statements regarding match fixing made by the Pakistani national,Veena Malik.

Ruchika Girhotra molestation revives need for the Police Reform.

The Indian Police has been functioning under the"Police Act of 1861" in the post independence era.The last few years have witnessed concerted efforts to reform the Policing System in India through 'the enactment of a new Police Act' on the recommendations of Soli Sorabjee committee and through the intervention of the Supreme Court of India.

In recent times,Ruchika Girhotra molestation case has seen the dust being wiped off the Police Reform proposala including some suggesting to 'setting up tough Performance criteria for Police cops dealing with crimes related to Rape,Dowry deaths,Acid attacks,Molestation,Sexual Harassment and Intimidation.


The view that there is a need for some specific initiatives that would quicken the'Criminal - Judicial System' as a whole has gained some traction.

The Ruchika Girhotra molestation case has created an urgent need for Police Reforms because of the'shocking revalations that 'how the former DGP of Haryana,Mr SPS Rathore,manipulated the Policing System with obvious Political blessings to harass Ruchika and her family members after molesting the 14 year old Ruchika'.
This is absolutely shocking & DISGUSTING!

Here I would like to say that Ruchika Girhotra's family's travail has indeed created  a need for self introspection by the entire Policing System as well as has also created a fresh impetus for the'Government of India' to initiate on an urgent basis 'People friendly Police Reforms'.

My Role Model & Mother Teresa

I remember,a long time back in the year 1997,when I had gone to meet Mrs Malika Sanghvi(wife of Mr Vir Sanghvi) at "Times of India" office in Mumbai option,I carried a book on 'Mother Teresa' as a gift for Mrs Malika Sanghvi.

At that point of time Mrs Malvika Sanghvi was working as 'Resident Editor,Bombay Times,Times of India'.
I had been introduced to Mrs Malvika Sanghvi by a journalist whose name is Cyrus Merchant.At that point of time,Mrs Bacchi Karkaria was also located in the Mumbai option office of Times Of India.

As I reached the TOI office,I saw Mrs Malika Sanghvi getting into the lift of her office.
I ran upto her and said"Good Morning Madam.How are you?".Mrs Sanghvi said,"Anupam,please come with me in the lift".I complied with her wishes and got inside the lift along with Mrs Sanghvi.

Mrs Sanghvi asked me"How are you,Anupam".To which I replied absolutely fine Madam.And then I said,'Madam,there is a small gift for you".Mrs Sanghvi took it from me and removed the wrap from the gift and excitedly said,'Thank you Anupam.I wanted my son to read a book on Mother Teresa".

As we got out of the lift and entered her office cabin,Mrs Malvika Sanghvi asked me"Anupam,is Mother Teresa your Role Model?".And my reply was "Yeah Madam,Mother Teresa is my Role Model".
In fact,all the women I meet,I try to investigate as a Corporate Human Resourece person whether they have even an iota of 'Mother Teresa's qualities".
And sadly enough very few 'women have even an iota of Mother Teresa's qualities'.

This bring me to a bigger & a more significant question which I want to ask the readers of my blog.

Who is your Role Model?.Whom would you like to imitate?. Whose footsteps would you like to follow?.Whose words resonate in your mind and guide your critical decisions?.

Is it a sports person?.Is it a Hollywood or Bollywood movie star?.Is it a Politician or a political stateman?.
Who is it?.Think Hard!And tell me about your Role Model.

As far as I am concerned,my role model in today's modern times is 'a combination of Mr Rajeev Gandhi(the late Prime Minister of India),Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee(former Prime Minister of India),Mr Barrack Obama(the President of USA),Mother Teresa,and Mr Nitish Kumar(the present Chief Minister of Bihar).

My Role Model definitely & certainly cannot be Mr Bill Clinton of Monica Lewinsky fame,Mr Lalu Prasad yadav option of Fodder Scam fame,and corrupt and greedy politicians like Mulayam Singh yadav option & Mayawati option.

For me,in essence,the epitome of my Role Model is "Mother Teresa" because I admire her"courage and her emotional maturity,emotional intelligence and her emotional strength to be selfless".
Political leaders of numerous countries,prestigious universities and organizations received uncompromising challenges from her on issues of"Human rights,chastity,respect for the unborn and the impoverished".

20th August is my Birthday.

Yeah friends, 2oth August is my birthday.My father & mother gave birth to me on 20th August.
Today,I called up Additional Commissioner of Police(Crime) as well as Director Prison(Tihar Jail) for an appointment option to discuss about high profile criminal options & fraud options lodged in Tihar jail for my book on "Crime & Criminal Options".
I hope that I am given appointment option by them on any day in the near future at 4 PM in the evening.
I have also sought appointment option with CBI director to discuss a few critical issues which has come to my attention(About those issues,I have mentioned significant details in my earlier blogs).
I started writing my book on "Crime & Criminal option" way back in 2007.At that point of time,I was in touch Mr UK Katna(Special Commissioner Intelligence,Delhi Police) for my book on"Crime & Criminal option".
Mr Katna was investigating the high profile Shivani Bhatnagar Murder case,Jessica Lal Murder case,Miss Mattoo's murder case and Nitish Katara murder case.
I was in touch with Mr Katna through email as well as through my cell phone number 9871806386.
On Jan 26,2007,I got a telephone call from NDTV on my cell phone number 9871806386 that they wanted to invite me for their program"We the People".And for this,they wanted me to come to'Lakshmi Studio,Sector 16 A,Noida".
In the begining,I refused the invitation of NDTV because I felt that I am too insignificant person to be invited by them for their program"We the people".
However,the NDTV people must have called me 100 times atleast(Please check my call details of the delhi number 9871806386) to make me accept their invitation.At last,I accepted their invitation and requested the NDTV people to send a formal email invitation on my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
On 26th Jan,2007,at 6.30pm(in the evening) as I tried to open my email id,I realized that my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in had been hacked.
If you recollect,you would remember that 26th of Jan,2007,was a friday.And therefore,26th of Jan,2007,being a'Republic Day of India was a holiday'.I could not have filed a FIR for the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in on 26th of Jan,2007.
As a last resort,I called up Mr UK Katna for advise.Mr Katna was considerate enough to give me the cell phone number of Mr S D Mishra(who was ACP,Cyber Crime Cell,at that point of time).
Subsequently,I spoke to Mr SD Mishra on his cell phone number 9868119898 and informed him that my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in had been hacked at 6.30pm on 26th of Jan,2007.
Mr S D Mishra politely asked to come to his office on 29th of Jan,2007,to file an FIR for the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
On 29th of Jan,2007,at 12.30pm I filed a FIR for the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in on 26th of Jan,2007.
Mr SD Mishra promised to act upon my FIR.On 6th of Feb,2007,Mr SD Mishra called me on my cell phone number 9871806386 and told me that because of 'loopholes in the cyber laws,'he would not be in a position to initiate action against the hacker of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
On 14th of Feb,2007,I filed an FIR with CBI attaching the photostat copy of the FIR filed by me in the office of Cyber Crime Cell(Delhi Police) on 29th of Jan,2007.
Subsequently,I met Joint Director CBI,Mr Rajani Kant Mishra,on 22nd of Feb,2007 at CBI headquarter.
Mr Rajani Kant Mishra asked Mr BalaKrishnan to investigate the criminal angle of the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
Subsequently,I received a letter from Mr Rakesh Agarwal,Supritendent of Police(CBI/EOU-IX/New-Delhi) on 11.04.2007 that I should once again 'request the ACP,Cyber Crime cell,to investigate the matter.
Again I want back to Cyber Crime Cell,Delhi Police,but no action was taken to resolve my problem related to the hacking of my email id anupamsinha12001@yahoo.co.in.
Yeah friends,this has been my experience.

Population Explosion & Inflation

Today,as usual,when I spoke to my Dad & Mom over the Cell phone at Patna(Bihar),my Dad & Mom advised me to take proper care of my health. They said,"Anupam,please,protect yourself against Dengue mosquitoes".
Having understood the concern of my retired Dad & Mom,I assured them that I am taking proper proactive hygienic sanitation precautions at my rental accomodation in GK-I,New-Delhi.

After talking to my Dad & Mom,as I came out for going to my workplace,I realized that it was raining heavily and the entire road outside my rental abode was deluged with knee deep water.
And my instant reaction was,"Oh! my God how will I go".
This Pathetic & appalling infrastructure condition made me think about 'the poor state of MCD'.
But then what can MCD do!.
The basic reason for these infrastructural problem is "Population Explosion".
The other day,I was informed by somebody that the total population of India in 2010 is 1,198,003,000.Out of which 27% of the population reside in urban areas.
There are about 4000 cities & towns in India.And about 300 cities have a population of over 1,00,000.
Mumbai option ranks as third most populated city after Tokyo and Mexico.Kolkata is ranked 9th and New-Delhi is ranked 14th in terms of being the most populated city.
The population of India in 1962 was 454,584,900.And in 2010 the population of India is 1,198,003,000.
The rate at which the population of India is increasing,the total population of India would overtake the total population of China by 2030.
Isn't it shocking!
Of course,it is!And government of India should initiate measures to considerably bring down the rate of growth in population.
And if the government of India manages to tackle the 'problem of population explosion then the problems related to Inflation & Unemployment would be taken care of automatically.
So the moral of the story is, please take care of population explosion.If you are able to tackle this menace,the problem of 'Inflation,shortage of food grains,and the issue of Unemployment would get addressed automatically".

And I said,"All this corruption has been done in the name of Emergency Procurement".

Last few days have been terrible as on all the Television news channels only news hogging limelight have been that of Mr Rahul Mahajan,S\O Mr Pramod Mahajan and nephew of Mr Praveen Mahajan and Mr Gopi Nath Munde.
Other news items hogging limelight have been that of Charles Shobhraj who has been given life imprisonment by the court of Nepal for the murder of an American in 1975.
And yes the other news on Television channel has been related to the issue of 'infrastructure & money laundering mess related to Commonwealth games'.
Today BJP probably had a trade off with the government that they are willing to discuss the issue of price rise without voting in the temple of parliament,if the government slowed down investigation of Amit Shah option.
This truce formula probably was reached in the office of Mr Pranab Mukherjee option.Even the investigation of the IPL fraud was stalled at the behest of Mr Pranan Mukherjee option.
Mr Pranab Mukherjee option the Union Ministry for Finance is in total mess.

Inflation(Price Rise),Sex and Power

For BJP to raise the issue of 'price rise' along with their strange & incompatible bed-fellows is essentially a tactics to divert attention of common people from the CBI investigation & exposure of the extortionist and mafia way of functioning of the Gujarat govt under Narender Modi option.

Probably closest to these Political stalwarts was Late Mr Rajeev Gandhi and in today's modern time's option Dr Manmohan Singh & Mr Chidambaram.
BJP as a Political party is badly missing its stalwart,Mr Atal Bihari Vajpayee.Mr Nitin Gadkari is a good human-being.But Nitin Gadkari needs time to acquire the stature of Atalji.
For me,the bigger concern is to impress Supreme Court of India & Election Commission to make stringent policies to stop tainted politician options with criminal cases & corruption cases against them from entering the'temple of the Indian Parliament and State legislatures'.
For me,the greater concern is that extortionist & mafias like Gujarat govt should be punished without dealy so that the'institution of democracy'is not muffled & muzzled by politician options of ill-repute like 'Narendra Modi & Amit Shah options'.

The Two ugly faces of Terrorism option.

Yeah Mr Barrack Obama,the cancerous Pakistan option is getting on to the nerves of law-abiding citizens.
I am sure Mr Obama,my Dad(Mr Shambhu Nath Sinha) and my younger brother(Mr Raman Kumar Sinha) would agree with me that the cancerous Pakistan option has become a serious threat to recession & inflation ridden global economy with employment rate being staggering 10% in USA(22 thousand unemployed in USA).
In today's recession hit global environment,terrorism option has to be dealt with stringent & concrete actions on war footing.

Mr Barrack Obama,9\11 in USA and 26\11 in India are ample indication that terrorist options operating from the Cancerous Pakistan option want to destabilise 'the two largest democracies of the world'.
Mr Obama,India and USA must jointly undertake military action to flush out terrorist options hiding in the region between the cancerous Pakistan option and Afghanistan.
In recent modern times option,the two ugly faces of terrorism have been"Muslim terrorism and Hindu terrorism".
The muslism terrorism has essentially been essentially operating from the cancerous Pakistan.The victims of 9\11 in USA and 26\11 in India have faced the
heart-breaking consequences of 'muslim terrorism'.
And for the global spread of 'Muslim terrorism,'the cancerous Pakistan has been solely responsible.
In fact,Mr Barrack Obama,the entire 'muslim community of the world'have in recent times been looked at with suspicion because of the cancerous Pakistan option.
According to me,the law abiding muslim community should distance themselves from the Pakistani national options.And Mr Barrack Obama,the cancerous Pakistan option should be declared as"Terrorist State".
Having said that,I have to admit that in recent modern times,the other ugly face of emerging face of terrorism has been 'Hindu Terrorism' to counter the cruelties of 'muslim terrorism' in India.
The emerging nascent 'Hindu terrorism' is essentially confined to Mother India.
An example of 'Hindu terrorism' is "Malegaon blast".
Yeah Mr Rajiv Pratap Rudy,the terrorist options like Afzal Guru(responsible for attack on Indian Parliament) and Kasav responsible for 26\11 in Mumbai option should be hanged without delay.Mr Rudy,Anupam sinha agrees with you.
But Mr Rajeev Pratap Rudy,please tell me if Lt Col Prasad Purohit,Ajay Rahirkar,Rakesh Dhawade and Miss Sadhvi Singh being tried in the court(Bombay High Court) of the Judge Mr YD Shinde under the Maharashtra control of organised crime Act(MCOCA) are found guilty then'what should be the quantum of punishment for them'.

Sex Scandal in Hockey

It is tragic to here that even unglamorous sports like hockey has become victim of sex scandal.Earlier only glamorous sports like 'Cricket' attracted 'sex scandals' because of the obvious defamed brand of T20 Cricket.
Good God,"This is really worst phase of Kalyug".The general quality of human-being has gone down.
Even Indian Political System has declined.Have we hit the bottom less pit in terms of 'Human Values'.
God,please protect law-abiding citizens from crooks.

Love,Deceit,and Hatred

As I look back to the days of 1994 when I joined Dabur at New-Delhi as Management Trainee(Personnel) to the days When I joined Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai option in June 1997 as Deputy Manager(HR) and compare it to my present status as Corporate Human Resource Advisor & Trainer(In between I worked as Vice-President(HR) for a Corporate House) plus Visiting Faculty of Human Resource Management at various Management Institutes in
New-Delhi & ncr,I feel that I have consistently evolved in terms of my professional competence.On a personal level,I have also evolved into a better human-being despite the onslaught of deceit and hatredness.
Though I did my Postgraduation in Personnel Manangement(1992 - 1994 batch) from XISS,Ranchi,I received in 2006 recommendation letters from Indian Institute of Management(Lucknow) and XLRI(Jamshedpur) for my work in the area of Human Resource Audit for Recruitment,Performance Management System,Performance Appraisal & Reward System,and Training and Development.
In fact,my father felt pleasantly surprised by the respect accorded to me at XLRI(Jamshedpur).And it gave me immense emotional & professional satisfaction.
My first experience of'Deceit and professional hatredness'dates back to my working days in Mumbai option.Yeah,initially,attempts were made to run down my personal integrity as well as professional competence.When these powerful bastards did not succeed in that they tried to 'murder me".As a result, between 1996 to 2006,four attemts were made on my life.Three attempts were made in Mumbai option and one attempt on my life was made in New-Delhi in 2003 just before 'Holi Festival'.
I have identified the powerful bastards responsible for the 'attempts on my life'.And at appropriate time,I will respond because I do not believe in the philosophy of 'forgive and forget'.I will be ruthless but legal in my revenge.
And yeah,those bastards responsible for messing with my life between'the year 1998 to 2010'will also be not spared by me.
Be prepared,Anupam Sinha will take legal revenge.And if by any chance anyone of these powerful bastards dive into their grave,I promise to dig them out of thir grave to 'settle the scores'.That is a promise,I swear,I will honour at all cost.
Remember,you powerful bastards,if your lives are valuable than so is my life.If your personal dreams and professional dreams are valuable than so is my personal dreams and professional dreams.
So friends,in Mumbai option I had my first tryst with ruthless professional hatredness.
This onslaught of 'ruthless Professional hatredness made me resolve to achieve greater professional competence'.The fact that I have a number of 'publications to my credit is an obvious indication of my professional competence'.
Like professional hatredness,I have also experienced professional deceit which almost ruined my personal life.
Friends,all of us want to experience the 'God's gift of love'.I,Anupam Sinha,am no exception.
My search for a "Dream Girl" continues.Some day, by the grace of God,I will find my 'true divine life partner option,'who would become the 'Anchor of my true divine love story option'.
